Shelagh Krause
Prior to getting her real estate license accreditation, Shelagh had a long and varied Federal Public Service career that included working at the Ministerial level right down to field service.  Her specialties included contracts, logistics, communications, information analysis, and project management.   The skills that were required for that career are what you should have in a good realtor: the ability to analyse your needs, evaluate the market, negotiate the best deal, and above all, provide excellence in client service. 

Shelagh’s real estate experience started 11 years ago when she got into new condo sales on a part-time basis. This lead to collaborating with Patrick on several condominium projects, from planning through to launch. After many years of apprenticeship while providing administrative support to both Peggy and Patrick, Shelagh completed her real estate accreditation in 2008 under the new & more extensive training program launched by the Alberta Real Estate Association. Further complimenting Shelagh's Real Estate expertise are her skills in home staging as well as her experience with home renovations and landscaping.
