Patrick has been a realtor for 14 years and has extensive experience in residential re-sale, new home sales and condominium sales. He has collaborated on several condominium projects in Calgary, from working with the builder on first drafts for floor plans all the way through to selling the final unit. This experience has led him into helping his clients with investment buying. Patrick is also considered a relocation expert, helping new citizens orient themselves to Calgary while finding them their new home.
